You know, I just can't get into this kind of music. In bits and chunks mixed in with a song, that's OK, but electronica...it bores me, for lack of a better term.

I've listened to your stuff, and I know you're musically talented and I can see the creativity in what you've done, but this style of music just doesn't resonate.

I think it works well as background music to a video game or a soundtrack to a movie when it enhances the experience but it's not the primary focus. When I hear this all by itself, I expect to have a controller in my hand to play Halo or something ;)

I actually probably wouldn't be creating much of this kind of music if my basement was done and I had space for good old drums and guitars.

I don't know why I enjoy doing it though. I just do.

I'm actually at home today working on it. Soundproofing is almost done. It's still hard to make time to work on it, no matter how much Nikki and commit ourselves to trying harder to make time.
